Back from London, England, Steven and Jeff play catch up by recording a Week 7 Recap show. The guys talk some NFL News and discuss the Dolphins contacting Bill Cowher, Vikings CB Chris Cook being suspended for strangling his girlfriend and Eagles QB Vince Young getting sued.

The guys then focus on all 13 games from Week 7 and even though they might be a bit jet-lagged, they cover them all.

Preview show from London, England. The guys go over some quick NFL News before previewing the 13 games in Week 7. They only differ on one game, so that makes it the official Challenge Game, as Steven takes the Redskins over the Panthers, but Jeff likes Cam to out perform Beck and get the win.

In Week 6, Jeff looks to take an unprecedented 4 game lead in the Challenge Game. In NFL News, the guys talk about the Eagles denying trying to hire a defensive consultant, namely Eric Mangini. LeBron James take to Twitter to talk with Pete Carroll about entering the NFL and the guys don’t have nice to things to say about that.

In picks, Steven and Jeff differ on five games, and that’s only because Jeff talked Steven out of taking the Cowboys over the Patriots. In the games they differ on, Steven takes the Eagles in the Challenge Game again, this time saying they will beat the Redskins with ease. In El Juego Grande Estupendo de la Semana, the guys agree to disagree on the 49ers/Lions game. Jeff takes the Lions, while Steven takes the 49ers to hand the Lions their first loss of the season.

Plus, the guys talk about being on the plus side with their Locks, last week getting the over correctly on the Bills/Eagles game.

The guys return from Atlanta and even though they are dead tired, they are ready to relive Week 5 with everyone. Thanks to Robbie for coming out and hanging with us at Dantana’s. In the news, the guys say goodWe say goodbye to Al Davis, who passed away this Saturday at the age of 82. Steven says that the Raiders went out Sunday with heavy hearts & found a way to “Just Win, Baby” beating Houston 25-20.

They also talk about the Texans losing Mario Williams for the season with a torn pectoral muscle. The guys go over the 12 games played on Sunday, and Steven cannot wait to jump in with everyone saying Andy Reid’s act in Philly has played out. Although Mike Vick passed Randall Cunningham with most rushing yards by a QB, his 4 INTs helped the Bills defeat the Eagles dropping them to 1-4. In El Juego Grande Estupendo De La Semana, the guys talk about everything they saw and heard in Atlanta during the Packers/Falcons game. Steven says standing next to Aaron Rodgers, he thinks he might be able to tackle him.

Jeff once again is The Smartest Man Alive as the Bills outlast the Eagles and Steven is left to wonder just how bad things can get for the Eagles.

The guys get you ready for the start of bye weeks with a Week 5 Preview. In NFL news, the guys talk about the NFL allowing 5,000 fans to attend Super Bowl Medial Day, Brett Favre wondering what took Aaron Rodgers so long to win a Super Bowl, Rodgers pointing the finger at the NFL in Johnny Jolly‘s case, LeBron James thinking about playing football and Michael Vick asks that the “Dream Team” label be dropped from the Eagles.

With the Ravens, Browns, Cowboys, Dolphins, Rams and Redskins all on bye weeks, the guys only have 13 games to talk about and thus comes the breaking out of the games into categories. This week, since the guys are heading to Atlanta for the game, they make Green Bay at Atlanta “El Jeugo Grande Estupendo de la Semana.” They call on their friends in Atlanta to let them know what to do in the city.

Steven and Jeff only differ on two games, so facing a 3-1 deficit, Steven takes the Eagles over the Bills to be the Challenge Game. Steven feels the Eagles will unleash their frustrations on the Bills, while Jeff thinks the Bills will win at home.

What a wild and crazy Week 4. The Lions stay undefeated by coming back from 24 down against the Cowboys and Steven finally restores the Lions “roar.” Packers have a Good Ole Boy who is already suspended by the league. Now doubling down on his suspension is the big man, Johnny Jolly. Possession of compound containing codeine and trying to conceal it will remove any remaining hope that he could once again play in the NFL.

Jeff plays deaf when talking about some tattoos he has promised to get on his buttock. You see what had happened was… Steven says, yeah right, go get the INK dude!

In reviewing the 15 Sunday Games, the guys have some fun with some of the games they missed, including the Bills losing a big lead to the Bengals, Michael Vick having a huge day but the Eagles give up a huge lead and lose to the 49ers, Aaron Rodgers has an even bigger day as the Packers thump the Broncos and the Giants comeback on the Cardinals with a Victor Cruz phantom giving himself up.

The guys run out of the studio to catch Monday Night Football.

As the regular season approaches the 1/4 pole, the guys get a little crazy with the Week 4 preview. Jeff takes some time to reminisce about longer NFL Rants & Raves shows, but then buckles down to talk about the 16 games in Week 4. In the news, the guys talk about QB Michael Vick getting back under center with some swelling still in his right hand, plus the guys discuss WR Kenny Britt out for the season with.

Once again, the guys agree on 12 games in Week 4. Steven is shocked to find out that Jeff is taking the Cowboys over the Lions and the Browns over the Titans, two games Steven was certain they would disagree on. In the four games they differ on, Steven has the four road teams while Jeff says he is happy with his home picks of the Rams, Cardinals, Texans and Bucs.

Finally, with Steven being the smartest man alive, Jeff gets to pick the challenge game, and he quickly makes the Colts/Bucs game the Week 4 challenge. Steven feels the Colts will finally get their first win on Monday Night Football.

The guys bring you a recap of the 15 games on Sunday from Week 3. Craziness happening all across the NFL. The Lions and Bills comeback and break some dubious streaks along the way. The Raiders run all over the Jets, while the Youngry Buccaneers finally beat the Falcons.

In NFL News, the guys discuss some of the injuries from Week 3 including the Eagles Michael Vick‘s bruised hand. Steven calls Vick a little whiney baby girl, while Jeff comes to his defense. Jeff has a one game lead on Steven this week so Steven tries to bait him into changing his pick for Monday Night Football.

In the Challenge Game, Steven eeks out a one point win as Colt McCoy and the Browns beat the Dolphins even with out running back Peyton Hillis.

Week 3 is here and so are the guys — back with one hour of fast packed, hard hitting, NFL analysis. All 16 games are broken down and the guys find themselves agreeing on only 11 games. Big swings in the picks standings are at stake here in these early season picks. Some fantastic games this weekend like the 2-0 Bills hosting the 2-0 Patriots for supremacy of the AFC East. Who needs the J.E.T.S. when you have the B.I.L.L.S? Houston at New Orleans is another tasty treat of the early games not to be missed.

In the afternoon match-ups two games jump out at the guys: Green Bay heads to the windy city, which has not been kind to them lately, as they square off against divisional rivals, the Bears. Steven likes the Bears while Jeff is sticking with the Packers, but Steven warns him that the Bears make Aaron Rodgers look normal. Atlanta visiting Tampa Bay is another highly anticipated matchup — so much so that Steven gets Jeff to change his pick here. Some special attention is given to the demise of the Kansas City Chiefs. Steven and Jeff dissect things all the way down to the QB coach and find culpability all over the place. There is mess all-over everyone’s hands.

Though the challenge game was not stated on the show, Steven has chosen to continue believing in his Cleveland Browns to win at home over the hapless Miami Dolphins. Jeff just thinks the Dolphins are better.
