Week 2 became INJURY weekend in the NFL, as two big name QBs went down to injury. Big Ben is out for the season. Drew Brees is out for at least six weeks, and the G-Men are making a change at QB. Both the guys tell you why this is a HUGE mistake.

Steven rants on the state of officiating in the NFL. Another mistake in the Saints vs Rams game and an inexplicable OPI over turns a TD in the Vikings vs Pakcers game has Steven heated. Meanwhile, Steve continues to stay hot in the weekly pick ‘em segment and wins the 1st Challenge game and he's feeling pretty good about it.

Week 3 has some interesting matchups as the Patriots are 22.5 point favorites over the Jets and the Cowboys are 21.5 point favorites over the Dolphins. YIKES! Listen as the guys give you all their picks.

What a way to start the NFL Season, after the Thursday night snooze fest that was Packers vs Bears, the Sunday slate had plenty of crazy action. The Chiefs, Patriots, and Ravens rolled, there were 10 teams that scored 30 or more points and at the end of the night, the Week 1 challenge game ended in a tie, AGAIN!

Belichick makes AB comparison to Randy Moss, what? Odell Beckham needs a $350,000 watch to play football apparently and plenty of last second action during Monday Night Football as Steve watches the end of Texans vs Saints with a homeless guy.

With just two days until we jump into the 2019 NFL season with the Packers and Bears on Thursday Night Football, Steven and Steve are all in for another crazy season. They talk about the Rams showing Jared Goff the money and setting a record for a single player's GUARA.

The Texans made some questionable moves over the weekend and Steven does not like it. Plus where are we with the whole Zeke and Melvin holding out. Zeke is back in Dallas while Anthony Lynn doesn't want to talk about Melvin Gordon anymore.

Welcome back to NFL Rants and Raves as Steven Miranda and Steve Frey kickoff the 15th season of the show!

We are back for another great NFL season and again two Steves are better than one! Join us for another crazy year as we get you through the 2019-2020 NFL Season. We sort of crashed and burned at the end of last season and never got a chance to put out a RAVIES show, so we promise to try and do better this time.

This week, we dive into all the training camp drama and tell you if Zeke Elliot and Melvin Gordon are doing the right thing. Steven rants on the new instant replay of pass interference penalties and the guys discuss Tom Brady leaving the Patriots. Is he really? Seriously?

Episode 14.21, the Super Bowl LIII Show.

It’s finally here folks – SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. For the third year in a row, we are subjected to the Evil Empire. Tom Brady playing against the Los Angeles Rams. Steven and Steve will NOT be in Atlanta, but they will be watching together.

The guys briefly recap the Championship games and briefly go over the penalty that was NOT called in New Orleans and the penalty that WAS called in Kansas City. They’ll also gently glaze over the Pro Bowl – ugh! Steven cannot believe he once lobbied for that game.

Plus when all is said and done, Steven and Steve will let you know who will hoist the Lombardy trophy come Sunday night.

Episode 14.20, the Championship Playoffs Show.
Airdate: Wednesday, January 16, 2019.

Four teams remain and after this Sunday, we’ll have our 2 Super Bowl participants. Once again we are guaranteed that there will not be a repeat Super Bowl winner. For the first time since 2005, every home team won in the Divisional Round. Plus it's the first time since 2004 that the top 2 seeds from each conference will face each other in the Conference Championship games.

The Eagles, Chargers, Colts and Cowboys all lost on the road. The Eagles and Cowboys lost close games that were decided by the final possession, while the Colts and Chargers were boat raced out of the stadium. And now Steven and Steve will have to wait until next season to see if their teams can return to the promised land. Steven actually contemplates no longer watching the NFL or at the very least, changing teams. Is he for real?
