For the first time ever, Axis Iron joins Steven LIVE on the show! No recorded clips, a real conversation, back and forth, between Steven and the A.I. he is competing against. And this week Axis drops her new catchphrase: “Bravery isn’t data!”
Week 8 produced another great big, fat tie, 10 wins each, and Steven says it is just like kissing your sister. Of course Axis Iron has to make sure Steven knows that the lead is still two games, 72-70, and that she is enjoying the lead while it lasts. Fortunately for Steven, there are still 10 weeks of football to be played and a potential for a comeback!
This is no quiet week, as they disagree on six games, and Steven says if he gets all six correct, he will then have a 4 game lead! Axis says he is feeling spicy today, and Steven says she has been spicy since day one!
In NFL News, the Baltimore Ravens are down to a third-string quarterback Steven calls “Bumblebee Tuna” while Lamar Jackson is on IR after thumb surgery, Tyler Huntley is out with a toe injury, and undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano gets the start Thursday night against Jacksonville. Plus, the Colts fire sale continues! After shipping out Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner, now there is talk they might trade Jonathan Taylor and Josh Downs too. EVERYTHING MUST GO!!!
