Steven and Jeff bring you another interesting podcast episode as the Lockout is approaching the endzone and where a TD ensures that we have football again this year.
The guys discuss how the story involving Patriots Guard Logan Mankins and Chargers WR Vincent Jackson may have been a little misleading, although several sources including Adam Schefter said they confirmed Jackson’s agent made a demand.
The guys also talk about the trade rumor mill, where Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News has Eagles QB Kevin Kolb going to Arizona for CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Also, the NFL telling UK fans to get ready for the International Series game between the Bears and Bucs.
Plus, Packers CB Sam Shields gets a tattoo where?
Are you guys serious about the Obnoxious Americans show on British TV? If they that would be amazing!
don’t be too harsh on your video engineer James! I hope you guys buy him lunch every once and a while and it doesn’t take as long as Jeff had to wait for his steak. Can’t wait to see Jeff doing the 40! I’m a big fan of your show and love the new format! You guys are just amazing!!!! Atlantis has finally pulled to port but you guys are ready to take over and shoot yourself up to NFL dreamland. Can’t wait to get the season started and make my picks on ESPN Pick’em game.
hey jeff, talk about citing your news sources lest you end up looking foolish when you’re incorrect about something… there was no court case for the dude to be allowed to fly on US Airways wearing women’s underwear because he was never refused to be allowed on the plane in the first place! they let him on no problem! i feel you are conflating this incident with the football player who was kicked off a plane and arrested for wearing saggy pants. kinda makes you look foolish after ranting about it so much ;)
Just to clarify the situation with the Wembley game – tickets are not yet on sale, but the game has been confirmed by NFL UK this morning. They are urging people to register interest in tickets, which will give access to a priority booking period, so this is probably what Jeff had in mind. Club seats go on sale 1st September, no date for general sale as yet.
