Episode 12.11, the Week 6 Preview Show

For the 3rd consecutive week, “I am the smartest man alive” as I defeat Richard Graves from Sky Sports and the Cowboys POUND the Bengals. What a comeback by Brady and will the Chargers manage to snatch defeat from the Jaws of victory again this week?

I rant on the stupid NFL rule that allows a team to get the ball at their own 20-yard line after the opponent fumbles out of bounds through the end zone as it did int he Washington/Baltimore game. Just a silly rule.

I have taken a 3-2 lead in the Challenge Game so that means my executive producer, the man who has put up his body for the fans, Jeremey Parker, is putting his picks up against mine this week to see if he can stop the bleeding.

Also in the Executive Producer segment, I take a look at Colin Kaepernick getting the start at QB this week for the 49ers. Was it time or was it a coincidence that his contract got restructured and it eliminated an injury clause? I’ll discuss that and thanks Jeremy for continuing to support the show.

Episode 12.10, the Week 5 Preview Show

Once again, “I am the smartest man alive” as the Raiders hand the Ravens their first loss of the season! I’ve got a RANT on Odell Beckham Jr. and a RAVE on the Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer.

I take a look back at the Week 4 games, a look at what’s going on in Indy and LOOK WHO’S BACK TO LEAD THE EVIL EMPIRE?!

Plus Richard Graves from Sky Sports puts his weekly picks against mine and we differ on three games.

Episode 12.09, the Week 4 Preview Show

Injuries, Injuries and more injuries. JJ Watt is out and so is Adrian Peterson. How about Dez? We don’t know. Rex Ryan playing games with the Patriots WR instead of getting ready for the game! C’Mon Man! Odell Beckham Jr gets into a fight…

…with a net!

We also have our first game in London this season. Plus Nick Swain puts his picks up against mine and I’m starting to roll as “I am the smartest man alive!”

Episode 12.08, the Week 2 Preview Show

Week 1 is over and it was a week of close games. There were four games decided by one point and half the games were decided by four points or less. Only three teams won by double digits and Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio shows some big old hairy —–. The Chargers blow a huge lead and lose their star WR and the Rams took us all back to the 80s. Oye vey!

Plus I’ll let you know just how much I am enjoying Mike Zimmer toy with the media and his opponents. I’ll cover some week 1 news during the Executive producer segment and I’ll put my picks up against Rico Stone as I cover all 16 Week 2 games.

HAPPY START OF THE NFL SEASON EVE!!!

Vikings mortgage the future to win now, but coach Zimmer is playing it cool. Drew Brees got paid! A lot! Is he worth all that money? And he’s not the only player with a fat extension – the Broncos tossed out a 3 year contract extension to a WR.

Plus I will go against Executive Producer Jeremy Parker and he puts himself on the line for the fans. I’ll tell you how as I go over all 16 games in Week 1.

Is a win everything for the Niners this week or do you think a solid performance even if it comes with a loss, would be a confidence booster for the team?

One week before the games matter! I cannot wait. Tonight I will take a look at all eight divisions in the NFL and I will give you my predictions for each division winner and how the playoffs will shape up! If I’m right, we will have a Super Bowl Champion that has never hoisted the Lombardi Trophy.

I’ll talk about Teddy going down, Joey Bosa finally signing and Tony Romo going down again! With that — I’m all in with DAK TO THE FUTURE!

I’ll share my thoughts on Colin Kaepernick’s ordeal plus discuss just how short a leash Gabbert will have in Chip Kelley’s offense.

Episode 12.04, PreSeason Week 2 Show.

I’m not sure Hard Knocks is painting a pretty picture of the Los Angeles Rams and I’ll tell you why. The NFL is threatening to suspend several players accused in an Al Jazeera story and I’ll rant on the NFL and Goodell for that. Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians spends the night in the hospital and gave us a scare and I’ll discuss why some media outlets are stupid for even considering that the Cowboys have a quarterback controversy.

Plus I’ll examine some of the best action coming up in Week 2 of the preseason and the NFL suspended a kicker…. Kickers!

New Executive Producer segment:
I’ll take a look if the 49ers have any hope after Week 1 and if Chip Kelly should name a starting QB now!! Something to Ponder? And Jeremy wants to know if I have an early tip for an unexpected team to make a deep run in to the playoffs. Playoffs? Playoffs…

Episode 12.03, PreSeason Week 1 Show.

Hard Knocks kicks off this season and Steven talks HBO has a knack for showing the brutal reality for players in the NFL. Steven also takes a look a the ESPN poll listing the NFL Quarterback Tier Rankings. He thinks it’s a little crazy, especially where they place second year QBs.

Good friend of the show, Sky Sports News’ Richard Graves. joins Steven to discuss the Hall of Fame Game cancellation and both guys talk preseason games and if any are worth watching. Plus Steven examines Joey Bosa’s mother putting a verbal smack down on the San Diego Chargers and Steven thinks its time both sides stop messing around. Finally Josh Norman getting a job with Fox makes Steven rant on Norman’s inability to communicate with his coach and team and networks utilizing players that are still playing in the league.

New Executive Producer segment:
Steven takes a look at the QB battle and strong Offensive Line in San Francisco. Whaaaat? Steven comes up with a new QB name for 49ers, Gabbernick!

Steven breaks down the ESPN article by Mina Kimes about the Bennett Brothers, Michael and Martelus. The Cardinals pay Honey Badger, and it is a ton of money. Steven tells you why it is a good and bad move by the Cards. Aaron Rodgers’ brother Jordan won on the Bachelorette and then landed a job with the SEC Network. Did he do it for love, money or fame? Plus Steven rants on the NFL and how they tend to be so hypocritical when it comes to gambling. Just check out the North Carolina Lotto $5 scratcher.

Finally Steven shares his top 10 things to watch as training camps continue.
