Episode 10.18 – Week 5 Recap
Week 5 Recap Show. Steven talks about Jed York calling the Harbaugh report “Untrue”. The Detroit Lions cut their kicker again, Jets QB Geno Smith missed a team meeting the Saturday before the Chargers game.
We have a Good Ole Boy in Miami and the Dolphins do the right thing, some 49ers fans fight in the bathroom at Levi’s Stadium leaving two injured in the hospital. Mike Holmgren visits the Raiders and doesn’t rule out coaching Raiders. Steven goes 12-3 in Week 5 and is the Smartest Man Alive, meaning Raph Allwright’s got some ‘splaining to do!
Comeback weekend is in the books. In the words of Bill Belichick, “We’re on to Week 6.”

Steven’s back! Thank you all for your positive thoughts and prayers.
The Oakland Raiders are back at doing Oakland Raider things. Gruden that would be Jon, not Jay, says he’s not even thinking about coaching. Does anyone really want the Raiders head coaching job? The Rams announce a starting QB, Steven wonders why, and Larry Donnell admits to playing fantasy football yet he makes a bonehead move, by benching himself. The NFL doles out a few more suspensions.
This week, Raph Allwright represents the fans and he selects a very interesting challenge game. Good luck fans!

The Rave Cave is still on fire so this is going to be a quick show.
Steven feels that the NFL is becoming a really BAD reality TV show. First Ray Rice, then Adrian Peterson and now today some accusations about Brandon Marshall and Cardinals RB Jonathon Dwyer getting arrested for domestic violence. Steven goes on a huge rant regarding the NFL’s stance on all of this.
Plus, the NFL announces a new PED policy which prompts Steven to rant on letting suspended players come back to play based on a new policy.
Steven goes over the games quickly and he puts his picks up against David Bartley, who represents the fans in Week 3. David and Steven differ on four games and Steven rolls with the Cowboys over the Rams in the Challenge Game.

The Rave Cave is on fire and Steven can’t take the head. His birthday season is finally over and it ends at Levi’s Stadium where he witnessed first hand the 49ers implode against the Bears.
Speaking of imploding, in NFL News, is the NFL about to implode? Adrian Peterson is indicted on charges of reckless or negligent injury to a child, and tonight there is another report that Peterson was investigated for another abuse case. The NFL is still stumbling around the Ray Rice case and Steven takes a look at the staff additions Commissioner Goodell has made.
Injuries, injuries, INJURIES!!! Steven looks at some big name players knocked out in Week 2. Plus he quickly recaps the games in Week 2 as the fans win yet another week.
Episode 10.14 – Week 2 Preview
Welcome to Steven’s Birthday Show! AKA Week 2 Preview Show.
If your team lost in Week 1, the start of Week 2 cannot come soon enough! Steven says he understands this all too well. He also stops and asks for a moment of silence as he remembers all of the victims of 9/11 thirteen years ago.
It seems like this Ray Rice fiasco will not go away, much to the chagrin of the NFL, so Steven shares his final thoughts on it. The Cardinals John Abraham may be done with football and Steven takes a look at all 16 games as he puts his picks up against Matthew Parsons, who will represent the fans this week.
It’s a short show, but Steven says it’s my birthday, cut me some slack!

Steven recaps the first week but first, he talks about the Ray Rice fiasco, the Buffalo Bills getting sold, “Houston We Have a Problem” and Graham Gano kicking it with the band. Colts owner Jim Irsay pleads guilty and gets suspended, the Broncos get a suspension of their own as Wes Welker gets a four game ban, the Raiders are going to start the Carr over Schaub and Matt Benson joins Steven in Fan’s Take to talk about the move. Plus Steven tells you when Tom Brady will retire.
In discussing the weekly games, Steven will randomly select a fan playing in the weekly pool to put their picks up against Steven. This week Jeremy Parker (jeremyparkerfrcs) goes head-to-head against Steven. In the Challenge Game, Jeremy picks his favorite team, the 49ers over Steven’s favorite team, the Cowboys.

Steven brings you the annual NFL Prediction Show. He looks into his crystal ball and gives you his predictions for the upcoming NFL Season. In NFL News, the Rams release Michael Sam, he cleared waivers and no one has signed him to a practice squad yet. Whaaat?
Alex Smith gets a big contract extension and says take that San Francisco! The Bills name their team captains for 2014 and there is a notable omission, the Houston Texans trade for a QB and we have a Good ‘Ole Boy in San Francisco.
