Steven’s Take:
That was Chad Johnson’s plea to Broward County Circuit Judge Kathleen McHugh after she declined to accept Johnson’s plea bargain. Why? Because as always, Johnson acted like a clown and McHugh wasn’t having it. Instead, she tossed Johnson in jail for 30 days.

There was a time when I felt sorry for Chad Ochocinco Johnson. Now, not so much.

It’s ironic how the man who was often penalized for excessive celebrations during his time in the NFL, was literally thrown in jail for his excessive celebration in the courtroom. Although sources say Johnson’s patting his attorney’s rear end got him into trouble, the judge said that is was not the first time Johnson behaved that way in her courtroom. There were no teams that were interested in Johnson’s services previously, and now with this 30 day jail sentence, Johnson can kiss his NFL career goodbye.
