Another week, another permutation of trying to figure out this NFL season. Tough sledding for my take on the 10-1 teams and I am ready to get smacked for it. Bring it on. The teams I trust most (this week) all have eight wins and my favorite team even has a tie!

8-2-1 / Kaepernick looks like the answer to a question no one was asking.

8-3 / Would have liked to have seen more offense in KC, but all road wins are good.

6
8-3 / Not too often that a team goes on road to face divisional rival and win by 30! Damn!

10-1 / Despite record, still not impressing like a ten win team should..

10-1 / Far still from playing to ability. Gonna catch-up with you eventually. Record cannot be denied.

9-2 / Little scary needing OT to beat San Diego Stupid Chargers.

7-4 / Apparently a week of rest was enough for sleeping Giants. Holy crap!! Embarrassed Packers.

8-3 / Cutler returns and so does balance to the force. Team can go far if Jay stays alive.

7-4 / Offensive line problems continue to expose Rodgers to injury and team to getting its ass kicked. |

7-4 / Way to go Andrew Luck! Keep getting better and we’ll see you in the playoffs.

5-6 / You got kapnicked: (verb, new Ellis word: to be sliced-up by Colin Kaepernick)
12

6-5 / Hoped for road win coming off bye. In end, Miami proved too much — more likely the sprinklers!

6-5 / Expected a much better performance @ Bears and coming off bye. Overrated? Guess so.

6-5 / Love this team, but still likely a year away from being very good. Keep working hard.

5-6 / Kicking the Cowboys to the curb was what you were thankful for. RG3 4TD N I C E!

6-5 / Injuries will be the story of the 2012 season. That’s a true shame.
17
18
6-5 / Soft schedule should see you 9-5, just as season concludes with Steelers and Ravens! 9-7?

26
4-6-1 / Two pick sixes by your beast defense. I knew you were better than lowly Cardinals.
19
15
5-6 / What is a Cowboys fan to do, but write your congressman and demand Jerry to let go of GM role.
20
17
4-7 / Now have a RB2 and WR1. Not quite a team but return of Wells at RB does help.
21
20
4-7 / Fans should be used to this, but that doesn’t make it okay. They deserve better.
22
21
4-7 / This team is falling down the table faster than a yo-__ (a yo-yo that won’t come back up).
23
22
4-7 / Battled hard for turkey pride and nearly beat Houston, but in the end settled for leftovers.
24
27
3-8 / Good job beating up a beaten up Steelers team. Amazing it took eight turn-overs.
25
23
5-6 / Seems coach listened to me and EVERYONE and decided to let Bush play… Good choice.
26
24
4-7 / Tough loss coming off bye and playing very poor Jacksonville.
27
25
4-7 / With Fireman Ed stepping down from his cheerleading duties, you have reached rock bottom.
28
30
3-8 / If Cam Newton could play on MNF every week, this team might be special. Instead they’re not.
29
31
2-9 / Too bad it took 8 losses to realize that Henne is a better choice than Gabbert.
30
28
3-8 / How’d you score 10 points..? It’s a miracle. Why not go to Leinart? Can’t do worse.
31
29
3-8 / Bryce Brown giveth (178 yds and 2 TDs) and taketh (2 fumbles lost). Still might help — eventually.
32
32
1-10 / Hold your heads high, you held Peyton Manning to 17 points!! Still winless at home.
could be a mistake but how did the bucs get a 66-5 record??
That yo- line made me chuckle, but the kapnicked made me cringe a little. Either way, another solid performance Mr. Ellis. And I noticed the 66 win bucs too, they might as well have that many considering how nobody saw them coming this year
Can’t say I disagree. Green Bay will continue to have issues with teams that have a solid front four until they can improve that O-Line. Unfortunately, that means (at least to me) that in order for them to return to the Super Bowl, they would have to hope that other teams in the playoffs eliminate both SF and NY. They’d probably have to face one of them, and I don’t like the odds.
Mostly spot-on. But you’re tough on Chicago. And Detroit should be top of the bog. They’ve been unlucky.
SF is highly overrated!
I am agreeing with Steven on these those rankings are ludicrous.
Well to be fair, I did not say they were ludicrous. Just not sure of a couple of rankings. Don’t make me do my own now.
