Steven and Jeff also discuss plenty of NFL News, as they talk about Matt Cassel‘s appendectomy, the Steelers and James Harrison accusing the Ravens of intentionally trying to injure him, the NFL preparing to show the owners a video of clean hits, Ben Roethlisberger commenting on his broken nose bones looking like corn flakes, and Steven rants on the absurd $15,000 fine given to Ndamukong Suh.
Finally the guys get to their picks of Week 14. The guys welcome Alex McKeever as this week’s guest picker. Jeff and Alex only disagree on two games, but Steven and Alex disagree on four games. Steven and Jeff however, disagree on seven games again this week. With Steven 8 games back this will be an interesting week of football. Steven goes out on a limb by taking the Bengals to upset the Steelers and Jeff quickly makes that the Challenge Game.
Nice show guys. Got to say I can’t share your enthusiasm for Red Zone replacing a proper game. As a red button option I’d love to have it but in place of a game I’m not so sure. Like Steven I guess I’m more of a one solid game kind of guy on the whole.
Not that it matters since I can’t have a dish in my area (conservation street) and lost sky when I moved a month or so ago. Made up for it by getting gamepass so I can watch whatever it is that Sky don’t show live. Now Red Zone through the NFL.com site? So I can watch it alongside a main game on the macbook? That I’d be all over.
Also from the time I saw it in the states you never see the Bills on Redzone! What gives?
Love the show again guys. Why does Steven so hate the Bills?? Funnily enough I work in a small Delivery office (I’m an English Postman) with 40 guys working together, and believe it or not there are 4 Bills Fans there!!!! Also our biggest rivals happens to be a Cowboys Fan, but enough said about that!! As a newish listener, do you guys mention at any point the prospect in the Draft? I’ve been trying to find and search around for who people think will be the top prospects especially as the Bills will get a high pick. Keep up the great work and look forward to hearing next weeks show, also I’m available to co-host with Jeff if you need an uninteresting tired grouchy Postman bogged down with Christmas Mail, and don’t mind a 2 hour long distance phone call.

I got family in Buffalo and I know what they want the Bills to do. If Andrew Luck isn’t available most people want them to draft a Stud left tackle and then a pass rusher. Fitzpatrick is servicable for now at least.
