Buffalo @ Green Bay:
Last week the Packers came out flat, then picked it up. The Bills were just plain flat, with no excitment and that is why they find themselves as two touchdown underdogs. The Packers lost RB Ryan Grant for the season, but that should not hurt them this week as they win big in their home opener.

17

27

Miami @ Minnesota:
This is the week Brett Favre gets in synch with his receivers. The Vikings defense will harass QB Chad Henne all day and the Vikings will use their home field advantage to take an early lead and hold on for a home-opening win.

23

17

Kansas City @ Cleveland:
The Browns are facing the fact that they may have to play their home opener with backup QB Seneca Wallace starting since Jake Delhomme has missed practice all week with an ankle injury. Regardless of who starts, the Chiefs will be able to run the ball effectively with Jamaal Charles against a Browns team that gave up 119 yards rushing to Tampa Bay Last week.

13

23

Chicago @ Dallas:
Dallas gets Marc Colombo and Kyle Kosier back after missing Week 1 with injuries, and they will be a welcome addition to the Cowboys offensive line. The Bears had a controversial call go there way last week to eek out a win over the lowly Detroit Lions. If the Cowboys defense can produce some turnovers, they should be able to right the ship in their home opener.

16

24

Arizona @ Atlanta:
The Cardinals showed last week that they are not the same team from the past two seasons, escaping St. Louis with a 17-13 win. Arizona is on the road again, this time playing a Falcons team looking for their first win of the season. Hello, Michael Turner? You out there? Atlanta gets back to running the ball and gets the win at home.

14

20

Tampa Bay @ Carolina:
The Buccaneers found a way to win at home last week, but it will be much harder to beat a division opponent on the road. The Panthers were actually in the game in New York until mid-way through the third quarter when they forgot how to block. Carolina finds a way to protect Matt Moore and open holes for Williams and Stewart.

27

13

Philadelphia @ Detroit:
The return of Mike Vick! Vick hasn’t started a game at QB since December 2006. The Lions are forced to start Shaun Hill at QB and that will not get it done against a very physical Eagles team. Only question is, "Will Vick be the starter after he beats up on the Lions?"

17

20

Baltimore @ Cincinnati:
The Bengals swept the series against the Ravens last year, but this is a new year. Baltimore won a tough Monday night game on the road last week, and maybe physically and mentally spent for another road game. Look for the Bengals to score early to get the home crowd involved and make it tough for Flacco to run his offense.

13

23

Pittsburg @ Tennessee:
The Steelers got an overtime win last week at home, but this week they face an even tougher challenge against the Titans on the road. RB Chirs Johnson looks for his 13th consecutive 100-yard rushing perfomance and I say he gets it done! Steelers feel the loss of Big Ben for the first time this week.

26

20

Seattle @ Denver:
Welcome back to the NFL, Pete Carroll. The Seahawks looked sharp in their home opener last week blowing out the 49ers 31-6. The Seahawks should continue to look sharp this week as their oppotunistic defense shuts down Kyle Orton and the Broncos offense.

24

28

St. Louis @ Oakland:
Hear that? That’s the flood of people jumping off the Raider Nation bandwagon after last week’s 38-13 drubbing at the hands of the Titans. Look for the Nation to get back on track as they unleash their defense on rookie QB Sam Bradford. The Rams looked better last week, but it won’t be enough on the road.
Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010 – 4:15 pm

28

16

Houston @ Washington:
The Texans have rid themselves of the 900 pound monkey on their backs. Last week they beat their nemisis, division rival Indianpolis and did it with a spectacualr running game behind Arian Foster. The Redskins defense proved itself last week against the Cowboys, but this week, they will not be gonig up against 2nd-string offensive linemen.

27

13

New England @ NY Jets:
The "Hate" Bowl. QB Tom Brady gets a chance to tell the Jets how he feels in person, and Randy Moss gets to show CB Darrelle Revis just how much of a slouch he is. The Jets have done far too much talking and the defending AFC East Champions have had enough. Time for the Patriots to remind everyone who really owns this divsion.

17

26

Jacksonville @ San Diego:
So much for the Chargers starting the season fast. This week Phillip Rivers will not have to endure a monsoon while trying to throw the ball and I expect rookie RB Ryan Matthews to have a better day. Jacksonville will make this a close game, but the Chrargers will pressure Garrard enough to slow down the Jaguars on the road.
Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 – 8:20 pm

24

31

NY Giants @ Indianapolis:
The Manning Bowl. Eli faces big brother Peyton for only the second time in their careers. The first time they meet, Peyton got the better of Eli with a 26-21 victory. The Giants may be without WR Hakeem Nicks and will struggle if they cannot run the ball. Look for the Colts to get back to their winning ways with a win over the Giants.
Monday, Sept. 13, 2010 – 7:00 pm

13

New Orleans @ San Francisco:
The defending Super Bowl champs will have had 11 days to prepare for the 49ers having last played on Thursday September 9th. The 49ers came out lacking passion in their road loss to Seattle 31-6, and head coach Mike Singletary called out many of his players. The Saints and Drew Brees should have an easy time in the bay area.
