I say good for Brian Hoyer! It is wise for the Browns QB not to listen to what others are saying. With the media continuing to pump up Johnny Manziel (myself included) and teammates saying the locker room is divided 50-50 on Hoyer and Manziel, it would be a good idea for him to keep to himself and be deaf to what everyone is saying around him.
Hoyer’s got the right attitude and it would do him well to continue down that path. A path he learned while with the Patriots under Bill Belichick no doubt. Unfortunately for him, unless he starts to significantly widen the gap between himself and Johnny Manziel, there is no way he wins the starting job.
