Texans HOUSTON TEXANS: 11-1
Defense got back on track against the Titans. If the defense continues playing well, it will be difficult for opponents to win in Houston during the playoffs.
Falcons ATLANTA FALCONS: 11-1
It may not always be pretty, but the Falcons just keep winning. NFC South Division Champions with four weeks still to play in the season is extremely impressive!
Broncos DENVER BRONCOS: 9-3
Peyton Manning has this team humming. Willis McGahee injury might hurt them in the playoffs, but John Fox has to be applauded for winning back-to-back division championships.
Patriots NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: 9-3
Another AFC East Division crown. Ho-hum.
49ers SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS: 8-3-1
Jim Harbaugh made a decision that he did not have to make this season. In the next few weeks we’ll all find out if his riverboat gamble pays off. Either way, the loss to the Rams was embarrassing.
Ravens BALTIMORE RAVENS: 9-3
No excuse for losing to a division rival playing their 3rd string quarterback. Cam Cameron needs to find a way to get Ray Rice more involved in the game because 13 touches is not enough.
Packers GREEN BAY PACKERS: 8-4
Big win over a division rival, but this year’s offense is light-years behind last year’s unit. If they cannot find a consistent running game, it will spell their doom.
Bears CHICAGO BEARS: 8-4
What happened to the defense at the end of the game against Seattle is troubling and with linebacker Brian Urlacher scheduled to miss time due to injury, it could get worse!
Colts INDIANAPOLIS COLTS: 8-4
Nothing seems to phase rookie quarterback Andrew Luck. Luck’s two touchdown passes to shock the Lions has this team in position to make a run at the playoffs.
Steelers PITTSBURGH STEELERS: 7-5
So the Steelers can win without Big Ben under center. Now can head coach Mike Tomlin calm down and not rush Roethlisberger back from injury.
Giants NEW YORK GIANTS: 7-5
New York has lost 3-of-5 and the offense is struggling in the red zone. If the defense cannot be consistent, the Giants might be on the outside looking in come playoff time.
Bengals CINCINNATI BENGALS: 7-5
It may not always be pretty, but the Falcons just keep winning. NFC South Division Champions with four weeks still to play in the season is extremely impressive!
Seahawks SEATTLE SEAHAWKS: 7-5
Huge road win for Seattle. Of course, three of the seven Pete Carrol coached Seahawks road wins have come in Chicago.
Redskins WASHINGTON REDSKINS: 6-6
Fans in D.C. might be ready to get behind RG3 for President! Huge win against the Giants and now the NFC East is wide open.
Cowboys DALLAS COWBOYS: 6-6
At some point all of the injuries are going to catch up to them because that defense is NOT the defense they started the season with.
Vikings MINNESOTA VIKINGS: 6-6
Buccaneers TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS: 6-6
Saints NEW ORLEANS SAINTS: 5-7
Rams ST. LOUIS RAMS: 5-6-1
Lions DETROIT LIONS: 4-8
Bills BUFFALO BILLS: 5-7
Good to see the Bills can still score points against weaker teams. If only they could be dependable every week.
Dolphins MIAMI DOLPHINS: 5-7
Kept it close against Patriots and getting better. Can they give Kaepernick and the 49ers a hard time next week?
Jets NEW YORK JETS: 5-7
Rex Ryan finally gets around to benching Mark Sanchez, the Jets only score seven points and still get a win. Now will Ryan keep Sanchez on the sideline?
Browns CLEVELAND BROWNS: 4-8
Chargers SAN DIEGO CHARGERS: 4-8
The Chargers look disinterested and bored. Philip Rivers does not look like he wants to play right now and behind that offensive line, can you blame him?
Cardinals ARIZONA CARDINALS: 4-8
Titans TENNESSEE TITANS: 4-8
Eagles PHILADELPHIA EAGLES: 3-9
Andy Reid is trying everthing he can, but if your players (Bryce Brown) cannot hold on to the ball, it does not matter how talented they are.
Panthers CAROLINA PANTHERS: 3-9
To all the Cam Newton haters out there, Newton is not the problem in Carolina. Without a running game, the offense is predictable.
Raiders OAKLAND RAIDERS: 3-9
Raider Nation can’t be too happy about this what they are seeing out of this team. At this point, why not give Terrelle Pryor a shot. It can’t get worse, can it?
Chiefs KANSAS CITY CHIEFS: 2-10
The Chiefs were in put in a horrible situation and they came out and played hard for a win even though they really had nothing to play for. I’ll give them a repreive from the bottom of the list for thier heartfelt win.
Jaguars JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS: 2-10
Henne had everyone thinking that this team might be good. It was just a mirage. Jaguars are bad on offense and their defense continues to struggle. Good luck going to London the next four years.
