The guys get you ready for Week 9 of the NFL Season, but first, they discuss some NFL News, including the fact that referees are now being asked to look closer at players that might display concussion symptoms. Right, as if they don’t have enough to do already.
Next, the guys get ready for El Juego Grande Estupendo De La Semana, but Steven doesn’t like that Ravens’ Terrell Suggs compares Steelers-Ravens to the Super Bowl. Steven almost demotes the game out of spite, but Jeff talks him out of it. Any way, the guys agree that there are plenty of good games on the slate for this weekend, including Saints-Bucs, Giants-Patriots and Jets-Bills.
Finally, Steven acknowledges that he needs to kick it up a notch if he wants to catch Jeff, especially in the Challenge Game, where Jeff has a 4 game lead. Steven takes Tennessee over Cincinnati but Jeff feels the Bengals are for real and will beat the Titans in Tennessee.
The only thing more disturbing than listening to Miranda drinking mucous with his yearly “podcast cold” was Jeff’s pick of the Bills. My goodness gracious Jeff…knock it off now!
