The guys dissect the Week 1, 33-17 victory over the Seahawks and are glad that Ted Ginn Jr. was there to save the day. Ginn becomes the 1st 49er to return a kickoff and punt for TDs in the same game.
Coach Jim Harbaugh believes the team is being slighted in the highlights as he complained that his team was not on air as he could not find highlights of the 49ers after Sunday’s victory over the Seahawks. The guys remind coach that he said in his 1st press conference as a 49er that he hoped to be very underestimated. Steven and Jeff inform the coach he can’t have it both ways.
Finally the guys look ahead to the Week 2 matchup against the Cowboys. The 49ers are calling for a RED OUT this weekend vs. the Cowboys by asking fans to turn back the clock and are invited to remember “The Catch” and celebrate this great NFL rivalry by creating a “Red Out” at Candlestick Park. With the Cowboys fresh off their loss in New York, they will be a tough out for the 49ers.
