Following a week of speculation that all four home teams could lose in the wildcard round of the NFL playoffs, with the lines pointing that way, the first two games have produced two home winners, putting that all to rest.

Maybe we all underestimate the effect homefield advantage can have in the playoffs, especially on the younger players. Or, maybe it was simply a coincidence today, and the two road teams will win tomorrow.

Either way, I'm an idiot. Not only did I pick both road teams to win today, but I did the same for tomorrow. I hate going with the lines on every single pick, but in looking closely at and analyzing the games, I just like the Ravens and Eagles, and liked the Falcons and Colts. Wouldn't it be something if the same that happened today happens tomorrow, with the Dolphins and Vikings winning? I'm suddenly glad I didn't bet on these games.
