					<description><![CDATA[One of the interesting things I read regarding Scandrick and his positive test is that if the NFL and NFLPA had come to some agreement on the HGH policy he wouldn&#039;t have been suspended.  Technically MDMA is not a &quot;performance-enhancing&quot; substance but until the HGH policy is agreed to it&#039;s still part of the PED&#039;s policy.  Otherwise it would be part of the substance abuse program but not an automatic 4-game suspension.
